Marca.com - A Valencia court has told Isco Alarcón he must pay €2.6m to his former agents, now grouped together under the name Eleven Sports, formerly IMG.
According to elconfidencial.com, the sports agents filed the complaint some time ago for the unilateral breakdown of a relationship that was contractually set to conclude in 2016.
IMG negotiated Isco's move from Valencia to Málaga and demands part of the buy-out clause, which Málaga paid (€6m), as well as the corresponding commission for the transfer, which the judge's ruling has upheld.
Another aspect that the plaintiffs claim is related is his contract with sportswear giant Nike, also negotiated by IMG. The reason the ruling proposed such a large fine is related to his move to Real Madrid - as it upholds the terms, conditions and percentages of Isco's contract with IMG - and is based on his current contract with 'Los Blancos'. The ruling recognised that the relationship was set to end in 2016.
